Description

This work investigates motion and the clash and tension between two forces as they meet. By limiting my palette to black and white, my investigation which started with the force of a wave crashing, becomes the tension between negative and positive. The 2D work is painted with various instruments (mops, brushes and towels) with sumi ink on paper and the 3D work is constructed in 3D with paper, cloth, clear recycled plastics, lights and sound.
